There is a reason we say YOUR signs instead of THE signs. You have your own symptoms of your energy getting discombobulated. You may have ignored or explained them away, but we promise you have your own signs.

A good place to start is creating an environment that feels good to you energetically. Of course, only you know what that means, but give it some real intention and thought.

If you work in an office or a cubicle, what makes you smile? Surround yourself with colors that speak to you. Put things on the wall that remind you of your life outside this space. This is an energy practice used over millennia in many different cultures. It is specifically putting a force field of energy around yourself. Yeh, it sounds sort of Star Trek-ish, but it’s a very real thing, and the steps are easy.

The most significant step is getting out of your head and doubting that this works. We could talk endless energy bubble stories, but for now, just humor us and try it. We promise (and we don’t make many promises). IT WORKS.

You can stand or sit, but many like to do this standing. If sitting, be sure your feet are on the ground or floor.

Put both hands on your heart. Then, begin taking slow, deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth like you are blowing out birthday candles.

Close your eyes and picture a light in your heart right under your hands. Then, allow that light to grow bigger and bigger with every breath.

Let that light drop down through the center of your body, organs, and hips.

Then let the ball of light split, going down each leg simultaneously. Then, finally, let the light go down down down into your feet.

Now let the light spiral into the ground, anchoring and grounding you. Once you feel solid, allow the light to surround you on all sides like a snow globe. Feel the light gathering above your head. This is how you protect your Energy Field at work.

Ok…Then What?

Now, with a deep breath, allow that light to drop down into your crown, head, and face.

Finally, let the ball of light drop back down into your heart where it started.

Think of someone, something, or some situation you are genuinely grateful for and say to yourself with true thankfulness, “Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.”

Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations of the human Energy Field. So it works like a lovely closure and power booster.

One of the biggest energy stealers is allowing others to talk you into things that aren’t yours to fix or are something you just don’t want to do.

Have you ever let someone manipulate you into saying, “Sure, I can do that,” when you meant to say, “Nope, Noppity Nope, Nope, No”? Unfortunately, it happens to all of us. You can have good boundaries and still be a kind, pleasant and cool person. Be clear on what you want and what you would prefer to avoid. These boundaries can show up in a lot of ways. It’s ok to redirect or change the subject. It’s ok to excuse yourself or make an extra trip to the bathroom.

If this is too weird and woo-woo for you; absolutely no worries. But if this is the part you hoped we would discuss, we saved the best for last.

There are many energy tools out there. These are organic to the earth items that hold energy and affect the energy of those around them. This topic can be a life study, but let’s start with some basics for how to protect your Energy Field at work.

Crystals:

Crystals hold far infrared technology. That same far infrared is in your cells, and your cells respond to it. Each type of stone has its own frequency that works with your human vibration. There is a ton of information about crystals, but these four stones are great to get you started.

Clear Quartz is a lovely “good for everything stone.” It helps you feel energized, grounded, calm, and centered.

Pink Quartz is a gentle stone that comforts the heart in every way. It soothes and calms emotional Energy.

Lavender-the buds work just like oils but can be put in a bowl in your workspace for a lovely aroma of peacefulness.

Rosemary-Those tiny trees you see in the grocery at Christmas are actually Rosemary plants. They are lovely for your workspace. Just run your hands through it and then sniff your palms. That smell will give you a sense of uplifting energy and create a calm mood.

Peppermint is a sweet memory for most of us. Luckily it’s easy to keep mint in your workspace to help keep you energized and awake. It can even help with a headache or foggy thinking. A sniff is all it takes.
